Before the wedding day:

I’ll help you to put the finishing touches to your plans. Following an initial chat, I can help with:

  • Ensuring you’ve got everything covered!

  • Advice. From timelines and back-up plans to documentation and supplier jargon.

  • Supplier coordination. Getting everyone to the wedding on time.

  • Designing the wedding day plan and managing the final touches.

  • Your go-to friend for all things wedding-themed.

The finer details

Standard package - from £550

This standard package is designed for 120 guests or less in Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Swansea, Cardiff and other nearby areas. This includes the initial chat, final prep and on-the-day coordination. If you require additional planning assistance, or are based anywhere else then please do get in touch and I can absolutely sort you out with a bespoke quote.

How it works

After a quick Zoom chat, I’ll send over a questionnaire that should give me enough info to:

  • Review the plans to-date and offer any advice.

  • Contact all suppliers to give them my details and ask for any necessary documentation (all the boring bits such as insurance certs, risk assessments, method statements etc if applicable).

  • Prepare an official schedule for the day.

  • Look at any finishing touches that might be required/needed/wanted/dreamed about.
